Cancer Services serves four counties: Forsyth, Davie, Stokes and Yadkin counties in NC.
All services are offered free of charge. In Davie, Stokes and Yadkin counties transportation is provided to radiation appointments.

From the East: I-40 W to Exit 188 (I-40 Business/US-421 S). Take the first exit NC-67 E Silas Creek Parkway heading south. Turn left at the first stop light onto Hawthorne Road. Turn left at the first stoplight onto Maplewood Ave. Our building is the fourth on the left at 3175 Maplewood Ave.
